ABOUT

Untold Method is a year long project beginning with our first issue, released 1st February 2012 and ends with our final issue, released 1st December 2012. Every issue will be uploaded on the 1st of its designated month and will be announced across our twitter and facebook accounts

The issues are free and will be uploaded onto this website showcasing poetry, short stories, excerpts from Graphic novels and artwork that we feel incorporates our bi-monthly theme in a creative and inspiring way.
We also feature the unique graphic novel, ‘Philistone’ written by Michael Cooper and drawn by specially selected illustrators (which will continue on to its own site towards the end of the project).

We thought it’d be fun to base the themes on subjects focussed on in our generation.

The Apocalypse (represented by the four horsemen) & Escape into magical surrealism.

Issue 1: Once Upon A Time
Issue 2: Recession (Famine)
Issue 3: War
Issue 4: Infestation (Pestilence)
Issue 5: Departure (Death)
Issue 6: Happily Ever After

Untold Method was hatched at the reception of an unconventional Hackney wedding. Led by two sisters who are both freelance artists; Daisy-Mae Perkins and Felice Zhukov.

We’ve both spent large portions of our lives searching out creative work with that special something about it which both informs and inspires our own practise. Untold Method is intended as a tool we can use to carve out a network of creative’s who each have their own unique vision of the world.
